The melody is part of an old British folk tune called "The Lincolnshire Poacher" from 1776.

This is meant to mimic the music played by a number station that is commonly referred to as "E03"/"The Lincolnshire Poacher", which played this line looped 12 times during the start of a broadcast. This recreation contains 12 loops of this melody at 96.290bpm.

Made in FLStudio with their 3xOsc synthesizer. Played on my computer keyboard. Tried to play it as close to the original as possible.
