Seriously good sample.
Great sounds here... not just the echoing thuds, there are also some more muffled sounds (comming from inside the guy's appartment?), distant voices, a dog, an airplane and some notes from a wind chime.
Despite all that action many of the sounds can be isolated and are perfectly useable. And they are great!
