Try out different effects that comes with your sound program, such as flangers, slowing it down 800 times with different pitch, etc.
By the end of this, I did the de esser. Then really slowed it down and strecth 800% for at least 2-3 times (basically reopening the menu and applying it again. Then I use the presets in audition of voice flanger, added some extra Sfx as well.
