While the sights of autumn here in Illinois are becoming very vivid, with the oranges, and yellows, golds and reds filling the woods, the sounds of autumn - on the other hand - are way more subtle. Delicate.
This is a recording featuring the soft, steady sifting sound of wind blowing through the trees.
A few notes:
#1:18 the soft sound of a dry leaf falling to the forest floor
#2:08---2:18 a collection of several colorful leaves gently falling to their final
resting place on the soft forest floor
#2:20---2:26 More leaves falling to the colorful forest floor
#2:26 A very heavy twig falls to the forest floor. You can see from the file, how the sound of this
twig is much higher than the surrounding soundscape
#2:30---2:44 a car passing the road, and the fallen leaves - like mini colorful meteors - trailing
in its wake
#3:58 until the end of the file, a collection of birds calling out

Thanks for the nice feedback. I did not know putting a hashtag in front, Freesound will turn it into a cue. Thanks very much for this! I'll do it to make my sounds easier for creators.

Once again a beautiful, tranquil sound recording. Really lovely. Also great that you note details with time codes. Did you know that if you put a hashtag in front of the time code, Freesound turns it into a cue?
