half a second of a circular wave.
the formula for this is:
sgn(sin(x*pi))*√(1-4*asin(cos(x*pi))²/pi²) - where x needs to be replaced with 2*pi*f*t - f being the frequency and t being the time.

The wave sounds pretty ugly - it's basically somewhere between square and sine wave.
