The mic was placed directly inside the computer's chassis with the side door closed. No noise-removal has been applied on this recording.
Most of the sound in this recording comes from the Maxtor hard drive, as well as the 3.5 floppy drive, CPU fan, and PSU fan. Also includes a POST beep.
