This is a fragment of a 7+ hour nearby field recording of a nightingale as it is singing through the night.
This section is towards the end of the night, the early morning. Amongst many other flavors of birds, three owls can be heard in the background. A well as a train, and airplane.
The complete footage (7 hours @ 24/88.2) is available on request. Recorded at a distance of approx 3 meters using Metric Halo ULN-2, Earthworks QTC-1, Jecklin disk, SoundDevices-722.

What a clear recording. Thank you so much for posting it on this site. For weeks now I have been listening to a bird late at night, outside my bedroom. I thought it sounded a BIT like a blackbird and a BIT like a thrush (because of some repetition) but now I am sure it's a nightingale because it sounds a lot like this recording!
