The man is selling 'dutch old cheese' half a kilo for just three euro's (not expensive :-)
The equipment used: 2x DPA 4060 attached to my own head (just above the ears), the recorder is a SoundDevices 722, recording @ 24/88.2kHz

This is very, very nice - thank you! I don't understand a word of it though. I think the one vendor toward the beginning is selling something for 3 euro - what is he selling? I am also curious what equipment you are using.
