About the picture
Je kijkt uit over een brede zandvlakte met zachte duinribbels, typisch voor de Loonse en Drunense Duinen. Het zand is licht van kleur en wordt slechts onderbroken door wat plukjes gras en lage struiken die zich staande houden in het stuifzand. Aan de horizon staat een rij kale bomen die het open terrein afbakent en contrasteert met de heldere blauwe lucht. Op de voorgrond staat een driepoot met daarop een microfoon, waarschijnlijk geplaatst voor geluidsopnames in dit open en winderige landschap.
