Park/forest trees in the wind. Trees scrub past each other. The birds are singing their spring song and dogs are barking in the distance.

About the picture
The photograph shows a dense woodland area in the southern part of national Park The Loonse en Drunense Duinen, through which a narrow sandy path runs across the right-hand side of the frame and disappears around a bend.
The tall, slender trees stand close together, forming a dense canopy that greatly dims the light.
The forest floor is covered with leaves, roots and low vegetation, with several roots visible protruding above the surface. At the bottom left is a microphone, placed low to the ground, for these sound recordings.
The line of sight is mainly defined by the path and the vertical lines of the trees, giving the image a distinct sense of depth.
