Street carnival atmosphere is a quiet street in Oeteldonk, 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. The carnival prince has just been welcomed by the 'farmers' (that's us Bosschenaren during carnival). Now you can hear music coming from a pub and a brass band - we call it a clubke – ‘dweilend’ (calmly walking) through the streets.
