fields spring Lage-Zwaluwe Netherlands 720 AM 250426_1080

The sound of the polder on the outskirts of Lage-Zwaluwe in the Netherlands. At 1 km, a modern barge with one of those high-speed diesel engines sails down river Amer. A lot of sheep on the winter-dike.

This is the ambiance of a cold Saturday spring morning with some wind at the edge of a village and the farm field, close to the wide busy rivers Hollands Diep, Nieuwe Merwede and Amer in the Netherlands.
