A far motorboat speeds past on the river. The finch and the chiffchaff sing here. The boat dances over the waves, pounding. The ambiance of the rivers Merwede and Amer near the village of Lage-Zwaluwe on a beautiful spring day.
In front of the river there is a reed bed with pollard willows at a distance of approximately 25 to 50 meters. Small waves sometimes hit the rocky breakwater.
In Lage-Zwaluwe on the edge of the river Amer, Merwede and Hollands Diep, next to a residential area, there is a small park with a view of the enormous river delta. Between the river and the park there are also reed beds with many birds. It's where my stuff is set up.
