Illegal Russian propaganda channel?
A probably illegal Russian radio channel was active on the 40 meter amateur radio band. It was on 7032 kHz USB. and could be heard in the Netherlands here: http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/

The channel only broadcasts the Russian national anthem all the time.
At that time, a channel marker was also visible on the webDCR radio of the University of Twente, which helped me find the channel. That marker also disappeared moments later. the text of the marker something like: State Anthem of the Soviet Union
When I tried to find the channel again 10 minutes later it was gone.
All very striking.
