First, they talk about the quality of the signal of the radio, and one of them have to moove to improve it. Then they talk about a place (probably a restaurant) where he went, and didn't eat rice, but only sweet potatoes. Then, they talk about food, health, and about their current life. And finally, in the last message, he tells others that his radio is "low batt"...
As one of them says "have a good morning", while the other says "have a good evening", one is probably is the Philippines while the other is in Hawaii.

No, this isn't Hawaiian language. As I could understand some words in the conversation, I ask my wife (who's from Philippines), and this is Tagalog (Filipino) language, for sure !
