Cold, stormy winter city late-night in curfew lock-down, The Netherlands.
The cold northeasterly polar wind is picking up more and more in the city. The city bus runs through the neighborhood. A coot can now still swim and call in the ditch. When the wind dies down in the coming days, the ditch will be covered with ice. A few men and women quickly let their barking dogs out before going to sleep. You can hear them talking and laughing. I am amazed that you can hear women's heels clacking through the snow. Sometimes a car and a sprinkler with a snow blade.
This is a beautiful urban winter atmosphere in the late evening under the Arctic Circle. ;-)
