Where the river Western Schelde and the North Sea come together, where little waves touches the beach, where the night has almost fallen, my microphone is set aside.

It's almost not windy on the beach because the 3 bft wind comes from behind the dune. The beach club owners and staff are still cleaning up. Some far tipsy people having fun. In the small beach houses on this beach is some last rumble.

The estuary of the river Western Schelde is filled with the deep tunes of marine engines. Very slowly you hear the huge container ship disappearing left. In a few hours he converts the port of Antwerp into Belgium.
The waves are small because of the low water and because it friendly winds today.

The coming hours of this sound recording will make the sound of the waves louder because the water rises.
