Far runners in a polder very close to the city of 's-Hertogenbosch in Holland. The group is far, chatting and running. The trainer sometimes blow a whistle. It's far enough to go up in the background.
You hear the hum of the city, the electric passenger-trains passing a modern concrete flyover and traffic far going trough a lowered road along the polder.
