Creaking of an old death oak tree in the wind. The oak tree is smashing around with his large branches against other trees.
(contact microphones EPZ-27MS44W connected on the oak)
It's early late December in winter. I guess that the tree will not survive the coming Christmas storm..
More description about that tree in this long track. (The oak)

Great sound - I am combining it with a recording of wind in trees for a poetry reading - It's perfect for the the last verse:
Now the night belongs to trees, swaying softly in the breeze, the mighty oak and all his throung, murmer soft their evensong.
Thankyou for making this available.

I love contact microphones. I built my own. It's easy.
Thx for the sound I used it in
