19 Hz should be The fearing frequency. Horror. Indeed, you do not hear anything! Sub-aural sound is sound you can not hear but you have to feel. This random sound created by me is between 17 and 22 Hz, around the fearing frequency.
Only 'audible' on a good HiFi system or top class headphones, but

You can hear the effect. It almost sounds like very deep almost in audible banging like some one is walking around upstairs maybe this is why it gives the presence that some one is there ? =S
