Traffic enforcer handling traffic at a cross-road in Calapan city, Philippines.
I made this recording near a downtown cross-road of Calapan city (Oriental Mindoro, Philippines), standing just in front of the Jollibee restaurant.
One can hear a traffic enforcer using a whistle in order to handle some quite heavy traffic, with lots of vehicles (cars, motorcycles, some trucks and some jeepneys) passing by and onking at times, as well as the voices of some people passing by in the surroundings.
Recorded in July 2025 with a Zoom H6essential (built-in XY microphones).
