Rain and thunder.
This recording has been made from my balcony, located in a suburb of Paris, France.
Well, apparently, this is rainstorms time here nowadays ! Just before I initiated this recording, a big thunder-strike fell down a few hundred meters away, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to catch it... Hopefully, another one would come soon !
So, in this file, you can hear rain in the calm street with very few vehicles passing by, thunder rolling and rumbling around. And, at 1’15’’, the expected thunder-strike is coming again. A bit short, but with an amazing echo anyway...
Recorded in June 2021 with an Olympus LS-P4 and a Rode Stereo videomic X (SVMX).
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.
