A Textron Aviation Cessna 152 (piston-single) (C152) airplane in flight sounds pretty much like this sound. The 2-bladed propeller here is continuously spinning at 2250.00 RPM!

Cruise power seems to be 2250 RPM
That gets you a propeller blade passage frequency of 75hz.
