First talking caller ID box ever made bought in 1995 or 1996 Moving pick-up coil from speaker to other parts of the unit as it reads some phone numbers. If it's not speaking the pickup coil doesn't register anything although an AM or shortwave or receiver listening to the Asian FM broadcast band receives unmodulated carriers/birdies when brought near the unit. Background sound is from pc sound card.
