Electromagnetic noise from a Western Digital MyBook 1TB external drive picked up by a telephone pickup coil recorded with desktop PC and Goldwave. This is what happens when I ask Windows to shuffle play my entire music collection on the drive in Winamp. While it's populating the playlist I'm moving the coil all around the drive. You even hear squeaks from mechanical vibration of the suction cup sliding around that modulate the field.
