Shaking a 7-up can by holding the rim and holding the can sideways so the tab I broke off earlier slides around inside the can up and down the walls. It still has a few drops in it. File ends when I put it down on the desk on the other side of my keyboard from the mic. Recorded with cheap 12-year-old Radio Shack mic.
