Making espresso in a Bialetti Brikka.
The Brikka is a stovetop coffee maker but unlike the more usual Moka pot it has a weighted valve on top of the nozzle.This acts like a pressure cooker and the extra heat that this generates captures more of the flavours in the bean before it blows open and releases a delicious cup of coffee with a crema that is closer to an espresso than the Mokas'.
