Yes, "godocan" is right. It's a 1:1 rip from Sony Sound Effects Vol 1, a file called "Monster Footsteps 01". So I wouldn't be too sure about the CC license in this case

I think it is not free sound. I already have this sound from Sony Pictures Sound Effects Series.
