Exterior, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 5 June 2024, around 7PM.
Unprocessed stereo recording near a runway in the "Commercial Parking Lot" used by taxis, buses, and other shuttle services. You can hear passenger jets taking off and landing, some automobiles driving by, and taxi and uber drivers speaking in the background. Also some birds chirping along with other random sounds.
The runways are oriented north to south. Microphones were facing east. I estimate the closest runway was about a mile away. That day the jets were approaching from the north and departing to the south.
Edited to eliminate wind noise, but some remains.
Recorded on Zoom H1e with the stock microphones at 96K sample rate, 32 bit float. Rendered to 48K, 24 bit, FLAC (to reduce file size). Volume raised. Otherwise, no EQ, Compression, or other processing was used.
