While recording in my back yard, I realized that I could hear the distant sound of the highway about a mile away. So I let the recorder run for a while, and I captured this really cool atmosphere. It's just a highway in the background. It's all organic, nothing artificial or contrived. That's just what my back yard sounds like at night. Slice it, layer it, cut it up. It's a perfect bed of sound to go underneath just about any outdoor scene to give it more atmosphere.
