A long loopable burst of white noise with some static spikes. It's picked up with DXtuners.com's radio receiver (the days before they shut down, RIP), and recorded with SoundForge via the microphone input and played from a EMU 0404 USB soundcard at 16 bit 44KHz samplerate and converted to to OGG with OGGDROP.

Do you have any more like this? Am looking to compile some sounds to create a crackling speaker sound. Also the OGG format doesn't work for me! Any other formats?
