This track was created in Apple Logic for the soundtrack of my 2006 documentary film, IRAQ IN FRAGMENTS.

Track was created by sampling a vocal recording of a Kurdish traditional song made in the village of Barsereen in northern Iraq, and filtering the vocal into an ambient, reverberating sound effect that gradually increases. It has a metallic, mechanized space sound. Like the interior of an alien ship.
