April 2004, early evening. Birds in the garden of a house near the Botanical Gardens in Sheffield UK. Recorded with Soundman binaural mics on a Minidisc Walkman. Mics were in-ear. There is some hiss which may be due to the A-D converter in the recorder?

This is really a pleasant tableau of sound. The birdsong is soft and relaxing. The urban background noises add a further depth of dimension without being distracting.

I'm new here and have listened to a few birdsong files; I like ones without much background hiss and yours is really nice!
