This sound brings a rather strange atmosphere. To make it, I recorded my voice saying "hey". I then duplicated the sound to shift the voice irregularly. I added a 70% reverb on all the sounds. Then I duplicated the voices. I then added a rhythm track that I phase shifted to make a beat between and accentuate this strange atmosphere. Then I added a square warble smoothed from 300hz to 700hz. To finish I attenuated the end of the track. I also played with the sound to make it sound left, then right and give the impression to be in the middle of this strange atmosphere.
