That sound has been made from a recording of knockings on a metal bar.
I just wanted to reduce the noise, accentuate the high-pitched sounds and equalize everything in order to have not peaks (that was the case with the original sound).
So, firstly, I selected on the track a moment that I considered as being noise, and I used the noise reduction effect to reduce the noise present on the track.
After, I highlight the high-pitched and eased the low-pitched, in order to accentuate the sound of the metal.
Finally, I modified the envelope and equalized the track.
