A new house has been build and there is an "inaugural" party to celebrate that.
Insects, wind in trees.
While (mainlly) men are drinking and eating, women wash dishes (and talk about an engagement ceremony). A the same time there is an town anoucement through public loudspeakers (note: some interferences): "people should hurry to get to the meeting / Miss X is missing (details bout her clothes are given) - please call (phone number) / The 'Youth' road is in a bad condition ; il will be repaired soon / People should free the road from their materials"
