On the ferry between Ijmuiden (Amsterdam) and Tynemouth (Newcastle).
Well, on one of them ferries there is this platform, where you look towards where that ship is going. How braw!
That was where I did the recording using the Sony PCM-M10.
The crew was busy getting in them ropes from the dockside (which sounds more like a Pink Floyd record) and then the brilliant tune you can hear, when the ferry is leaving . (It feels like that everybody is marching to that sound).
