Well, what I learned from doing this recording was, that the geese, which I wanted to record, are not staying in this part of a park in the east of the city overnight, but on a lake nearby. It was still dark, when I set up my gear, a AudioTechnica 835 ST microphone, a beachtek preamp and the iriver ihp-120. You can hear crows, geese, a green woodpecker, some longtailed tits and the sounds of the city, plus plenty of freighttrains. Still...

Great recording...contains a bunch of the sounds I like...planes, crows, church bells, various birds, ambulances (yes, I like sirens)lol

I really appreciate the long duration of this file - just what I was after for a short piece of audiodrama, a cold day at the park.
