A 17-note thumb piano, also known as a kalimba or mbira. It is an African tuned instrument with metal tines that are plucked using the thumbs. This kalimba is in the key of C.

The Kalimba was made by Muspor and has a passive pickup. It was recorded using a combination of the pickup and a large-diapraghm condenser microphone (the AKG P220) using Ableton Live Suite 11.
