Hi! License "C Lukas Tvrdon" is written into the sound file. So it is not CC0. This sound is licensed under 4 licenses - CC0 (is it?), private inside the file, your own "free" written in pdf (it doesn't allow to use it music software), and maybe commercial in the full packs? Can't use this sound, because don't understand your opinion and resulting license.
