ORTF set up using Line Audio CM4's. At end of August right through to October, House Martin gather together in large flocks to feed on and off the cliffs below Tantallon Castle in East Lothian, just before they start their journey south to sub-Saharan Africa. Had to cut the low end quite a bit for this as never had sufficient wind protection. There's always next year! Recorded September 6th 2025.
