I set my Zoom H4n on my kitchen counter, turned the record volume up to 100%, and walked out of the room. There's slight noise from the window and my refrigerator.

Went through a whole bunch of these, and yours is by far the best kitchen ambience track I've heard. Nice and clean and simple without being too obnoxiously loud or noisy.
