self-made meditation v1 to create a specific active awareness in the body and soul and mind while not thinking nor sensing... :
every time ya might fall asleep in a non-soul/brain/body-"evaluating" phase ( which most people do after a few munutes max 20minutes) a specific sound or changing sound occurs to keep ya in a meditative phase/struct... :
most people in the west assume that meditation is focussing on norhing letting everything go and be or get at rest and ease... by eg focussing on breath or haertbeat or letting all thoughts go by ....
BUT THAT IS NOT MEDITATION ! ;
meditation is focussing on one issue, one needed to be answered questuon, focussing on a aspect ya need but can't find/reach/....
Every question is oké fine, and if needed and works better for ya ya might focus in a mantra-way during this session/meditation by repeating the question over and over again........
all kind of questions is oké...
eg:
why can't i find my .... ?
why don't i have leasure-time/job ?
who is my best most trustworthy friend ?
what to do today/tomorrow ?
i hate .... ?
i love .... ?
apart from all of this:
