Unfortunately (for you) the Attribution license entitles anyone to use it for any purpose, including commercially (so someone could sell it on a CD and you wouldn't see a penny) so long as they print your name against it (giving you appropriate credit) and that the credit does not indicate your endorsement of their use. And since it's been published under that license for nearly 5 years, you wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court.
