The original files are in .aiff format. I downloaded them from the web page of the University of Iowa. If you are interested in the whole piano tunes set, you can download them on this web page theremin.music.uiowa.edu/MISpiano.html.
I converted them in .mp3, .ogg, .wav to use in my little piano player web site project. If you are interested in my project, you can visit under beispiele.grizzley.ch/pianoPlayer.
