I used Audacity to generate 5 second sine waves (Generate - Tone) from 20Hz up to 40,000Hz. The audio is 24/96. This was exported as a flac file. Each sample is preceded by a spoken announcement of the frequency. 20Hz, 30Hz, 40Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, 75Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz, 220Hz, 300Hz, 440Hz, 600Hz, 800Hz, 1,000Hz, 1,445Hz, 2,000Hz, 2,400Hz, 3,000Hz, 4,000Hz, 5,00Hz, 6,000Hz, 7,000Hz, 8,000Hz, 9,000Hz, 10,000Hz, 11,000Hz, 12,000Hz, 13,000Hz, 14,000Hz, 15,000Hz, 16,000Hz, 17,000Hz, 18,000Hz, 19,000Hz, 20,000Hz, 21,000Hz, 22,000Hz, 25,000Hz, 40,000Hz.
This was inspired by TestTones.mp3 on freesounds created by acclivity on July 12th, 2006. You may need to download the flac to get a completely uncompressed version; I'm not sure.
