it is the chant from the japanese buddhism, the Nichirin Buddhism. The organization is called Soka Gakkai International. the chant we hear, is a passage from the lotus sutra, part of the daily practise "Gonkyo" where you do "daimoko" which is chanting where you repetitive times say Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo.
its soooo cool to listen to when a lot of people are chanting together.
