For "Man of La Mancha" I needed the sound of Don Quixote hitting the stage while off stage fighting windmills. I dropped a sandbag a few times, and added the sounds together. You can hear the slight reverb from our walls. I wanted the slight echo effect of the stage, so that the audience thought he really fell.
