its not even nintendos either but yeah, dont use this without perm. this is actually property to namco, now bandai namco as they did merge with bandai a few years ago, not the point tho! your wrong, nintendo had nothing to do with pacman, maybe you played it on a nintendo console but its not made by nintendo, non of the sounds were. the game is a namco game and always has been. nintendo does have pacman in smash but thats just a case of nintendo licensing the character, they don't own it.

just had to say that because you and the dude calling you a nark is wrong. your both wrong. he isnt a nark and no its not property of nintendo. It is property of namco/bandai namco, idk which one you want to call them as the game came out when they were just called namco but still.
