Recorded in the morning of San Rafael Valley, AZ in February 2022. Windy grassland. Recorded using a stereo pair of EM272 omni mics.
Species heard: unknown trilling bird, mourning doves, ravens. You can hear a raven flying overhead towards the middle of the clip. Airplanes are also heard, as perhaps a far off cow.
This is my first time recording with this configuration and I did not do the best job battening down wires. There are some distinct wire tapping sounds every once in a while, potentially the birds even landed on the mic stand?
Let me know if this recording makes it into one of your projects! :-)

Thanks for this sound file. I searched for southern arizona grasslands birds winter, and this audio file was a perfect hit. I needed only a short clip of the sounds in a trip video, so I used a representative stretch.
